This book had lots of great reviews, which made me wonder what could be in it? Katie Carollo is a Natural Health Strategist who uses spiritual application along with healing strategies for the body. There is a lot of great information in this book! For example, Katie talks about water, healing foods, food sensitivities, supplements, exercise, relaxing and resting, and spiritual needs. I was really surprised about some of her healing solutions. Many of these, I’ve never heard of, to heal the body. Check out The Hope Diet, because there is a lot of great information in it!
Eating The Right Foods To Feel Great~
This book is more of a clean~eating cookbook. I’m highlighting Doug Kaufmann’s cookbook, because he deals with giving your body the right foods to make you feel great! This is especially important for someone who struggles with yeast, fungi, mold and parasites. Many Americans do not realize they may have an issue like this in their body. Therefore, they do not treat it. You may not want to be stuck in the kitchen wondering what you can or cannot eat, while treating these problems.
