Quick & Easy Homemade Hot Apple Cider Recipe Ingredients:
*Orchard Apple Cider*
*Cinnamon Sticks*
*Cutie Oranges*
*Whole Cloves*
Pour your apple cider into a pan and warm on medium to low temperature. Watch the cider, because it may start to boil and mess with the flavor. Grab some cinnamon sticks and whole cloves and toss into the cider. Also, cut a couple of cutie oranges into thin slices and place into the pan. (Usually, I squeeze an orange slice and let the juice drip into the cider for extra flavor.) Once the apple cider is hot, use a ladle to dish out and enjoy!
*Note: in my opinion, the best apple cider comes from nearby apple orchards.* Mainly, this cider is free from preservatives, water and sugar with only 100% apples (pressed) listed in the ingredients.

~Devotional Thought~
I don’t know about you, but Fall is my favorite time of year! This quick and easy homemade hot apple cider recipe is perfect for those crisp, chilly mornings in autumn. For sure, this season makes me want something warm and inviting. Hot apple cider is the perfect answer!
Did you know…apples remind me of a Scripture verse in Proverbs 25:11? It states, “A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.” What a beautiful verse! The words you and I speak, carry so much power. Do you speak words that reflect apples of gold or apples that are rotten?
When apple picking season arrives, it’s somewhat easy to see which apples are worth the effort to pick. Some are spotted, some are sour, some are plain, some are just rotten and some are super sweet. Strive to work hard at making your speech kind, because no one really wants to come into contact with a spotted, sour, or rotten apple.
So, when you pick those sweet apples, use them as a guide for your words spoken. May they be as “apples of gold in pictures of silver.”
