Where Is 30A?

The famous 30A scenic highway expands 24 miles along the Gulf of Mexico…the Florida Gulf Coast is known for its beautiful turquoise waters and white sand! Let’s take a look at our Gulf Coast beach adventure down 30A part 1:

Words cannot express how breathtaking the beach views were along 30A highway. I could not get over the water color!! My husband, Kevin, has never seen turquoise water like that before! There was no doubt, he and I had a hard time leaving…period. What a beautiful place God has created! So, how did we stumble upon this amazing find? Well, Kevin, remembered a friend of his recently talking about it. He decided to explore the area for online stays and found a beautiful Airbnb near 30A. That’s how it all started...here are a few pics to enjoy!

The 30 A Life!

Our Gulf Coast Beach Adventure Down 30A Part 1: We found out the 30A route includes several private and public access beaches. I would say there are more private beaches than public beaches, so it may help to do some research before booking. Oh, and don’t forget your camera! This part of Florida is very ritsy!

Rosemary, Seaside and Alys beach are the hotspots! Tons of beautiful, high-end retail shops and restaurants. These beaches are mainly private with very little public beach access. You will see all the wonderful white, Greek-style homes, along with their gas lanterns and beautiful courtyards. You must check these out when and if you visit! Yes, me and Kevin were “those tourists,” who cycled around at night admiring all of the colorful lights, details and rich decor of the homes. We had a lot of fun!

Don’t miss the turquoise water!! This area of Florida includes some of the most beautiful beaches to gaze at (in my opinion)! You’ll love every second to soak it in~sun rays included! Did you know, salt water is rich in magnesium, in which our bodies often lack? Breathing in fresh salt water air has a host of health benefits, such as improving respiratory health and the immune system. So refreshing, right?
